An entire overhall of the telephone banking service should be performed. It could be re-engineered so as customers can feel safe and secure in the belief that based upon statistical comparisons, accounting methods, and factual criteria that certain products must be provided at Westpac One.
Quite silly really when you read and believe what they have disclosed in their PDS and fall victim to staff who all seem to be either confused or mistaken about products and services.
My advice is take care when you speak to them because they don't really want to help you but rather take your money and keep it in their system.
Maybe the entire banking code of practice needs to be re-engineered. That could pose to be a remarkable accomplishment if it ever gets off the ground.
