Racist People
MBNA staff is racist towards shia muslim. Their customer service staff umer behave racistly towards shia muslim customer.
No body in UK accept racism. MBNA should ban to operate in UK.

Dear Mr Lovell
In recent communication to me from your Bank, I was referred to as some one in financial difficulty “which I resent” As I only stopped my Direct debit due to your unimaginable fees and charges, and not in financial difficulty.
From 28th of October till 4th of December, I have made eighteen Transactions totaling £3439.88 which I’m not refusing to pay immediately in full after your written acceptance, and informing the Credits Agencies, and not a penny for your charges and fees. I have always paid my bills to you in full by direct debit, in order to avoid charges and interest as I have no need for Credits, and in using your Card, it’s mutually beneficiary.
As I have always paid my dues, again I’m making the above offer, hopping will be acceptable by you, for our final resolution, and if not; Please proceed with whatever you have to do, and stop the threats, harassment, and regular Phone calls, as it’s causing me stress and depressions, and if it continue, I will have no option but to refer my case to the ombudsman’s and the small claim court.
