Terrible. I am currently waiting on a transfer into my account for £4,200 - its been 9 days, they are holding my cash wihtout explanation.

Also, I ordered a new bank card as my old one got stolen, and they have not replaced it, and I have no option now in the online portal to request a new one (which I have done in the past)

Its as though they are trying to lock me out of my account and take my money!

I am waiting for a reply today, and the senders bank are tracking down the payment their end - but at the moment I have thousand of £ gone missing( being kept by them indefinitely) and another bunch of cash I cannot get to as they have not issued me a bank card.

STEER CLEAR!!!!

I have had nothing but problems with this company.

I had a card transaction done on my account 256 pounds that I did not know about I contacted Ffrees after I went through my statements.

Its now nearly a month later and still they have not returned my money and said it can take up to 50 days its a joke a high street bank can do it in a day.

Iv even managed to track the merchant down they have said the money has been taken back by visa and gave me a charge back ref iv given this to ffrees but still no update.

no one can tell me what's happening and compliance never get back to you.

Iv explained this is now stopping me getting to work and there not bothered .

There are terrible and don't give a dam about the customer stay clear of them Is all I can advise people all they see is money not customers .
