$25000 Wire Missing, Closed Accounts With Attitude So What!!
25000 Wire sent September 28 2018 from Spain still not found with several requests to Chase to find the money. The sender bank has sent updates to Chase to try to get the money into my business account. I have filed several written complaints without respectful response or concern I am a living breathing existence who deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. Chase will do whatever Chase pleases no care to anything.
8 accounts shut down and or set to shut down without warning in good standing after many many years with Chase at the same time the 25000 went missing. Still the attitude is so what Chase will do whatever Chase pleases to long term clients or anyone.
My daughter's accounts were targeted included in the 8 accounts shut down and or to be shut down. Her IRA can't earn until she transfers it and she can't transfer until November 17 2018.
I sure hope the attorney I am working with can get to the 25000 and file a lawsuit for negligence and other practices of contract breach etc. on behalf of myself and my daughter. One account isn't to shut down until November 25 2018 yet it is restricted. An $8000 wire had to be retracted to be sent to another one of my accounts at another bank.
These people are evil in my estimation of business disgust of money disappearing with no concern to find it.
This is October 24 2018 and the 25000 is still not in my possession.
My finance manager asked I file a police report so I did.
$1000 to be paid to one of the shut down credit cards was applied to an account closed from 10 years ago. I had to threaten with police then that money was finally put into my credit account. My finance manager paid for my daughters two credit cards were shut down so she would not assume finance charges while paying off. He is also paying my credit cards so I don't have a problem.
WHEN WILL CHASE BE SHUT DOWN, LOCKED UP IN JAIL AND MADE TO PAY SERIOUS FINES FOR THIS KIND OF BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. IF I DID THIS IN MY BUSINESS I WOULD LOSE MY LICENSE, MADE TO PAY RETRIBUTION TO THE CLIENT AND BE FINED.
Decent Bank
There can be long wait times for customer service. I have had to go into the bank because the customer service rep could not help me.

Chase Bank Sucks!! I Have Chase Credit Cards, Had
Chase Bank sucks!! I have Chase credit Cards, had checking, loan, savings and retirement fund. They closed orginal check account due to fradulent check, opened me a new one. Failed to tell me to change enrollment on line; paid credit cards as always and now I have overdraft, reversal & over the limit fees. Chase credit cards states its my bank fault, THEY are my bank & credit card company. They may reimburse me but they don't know if they can. How moronic is that!!!
Chase Recently Took Over Wamu Branches In The Nort
Chase recently took over WAMU branches in the Northwest. WAMU provided outstanding customer service over a long period . Chase has destroyed this in an amazingly short time.
Mailed my canceled to someone else. Tried to collect a $3.00 fee on an ATM at the bank and seriously questioned a $300 withdrawal when the account balance was over $20,000. Efforts to clear matters up were met with the arrogant incompetence that typifies the company.

Years ago I had major problems with Bank One and ended up leaving them on very bad terms. I wasn't sure if there have been any improvements with the bank now that it has become Chase, but to my great disappointment I am once again displeased with this bank.
I Have Banked With Bank One For 9 Years And When T
I have banked with Bank One for 9 years and when they were bought by Chase I had fees, fees, fees! I still don't know what they were for. . . I have never bounced a check or made a late payment on my credit card and I had free online bill pay with Bank One. When I switched to Chase they started billing me 14.95 a month so I cancelled it. But still got billed so I got to call each month to have it removed. After waiting on hold of course. My credit card had a 8.99 APR with Bank One when Chase moved in my APR went up to 12.99. And I kept getting mysterious £3.00 fees on my bank account. I don't know what they were for because it was just a bunch of letters, slashes, and numbers. I also incurred savings account fees. But the worst thing ... and the reasons I pulled out all my money from this Bank was that they took 5 days to clear my paycheck!

I Have Banked With Chase For Over 5 Years. I Have
I have banked with Chase for over 5 years. I have personal and business checking, savings, credit cards and loans. It seems that since they merged with Bank 1, the only thing that they are interested in is how they can keep their customers money. Every cycle I am hit with huge checking fees and introduced to a new fee without any prior notice. I am also not very happy with their check clearing policy, as it takes 7 days, and I am a long time customer. Worst of all; they don't even give you an exact date that the deposit will clear. I would like to see them not charge me if I could not pay them by an exact date. Even the employees tell me of their frustrations since the merger. Anyhow, I will be moving everything to a bank that is a little less interested in how creative they can be in keeping my money. I understand that a Bank is a business and needs to turn profits, but that is why they get interest on their customer's money they lend.
