Awful Awful Awful. They Don't Even Know What Cust
Awful awful awful. They don't even know what customer service is, and their Indian call centre have made so many "mistakes" I really should be taking them to court. Completely and utterly useless, and they don't care because they are closing down their UK Credit Card business. Within 2 weeks they put my credit card rate up 5% and my savings rate down 1%. Typical greedy bank that has the morals of satan. Not surprisingly I am taking all my business away from them to a more reasonable institution without shareholders.
