Adam & Co is the only bank I have ever been with so I have very little to compare it with. However I am thoroughly impressed with the ease of use and friendliness of the banking system. The staff are friendly over the phone and very professional. Would recommend this bank to anyone.

Adam & Company Plc Chequing Offer A Very Personal
Adam & Company plc Chequing offer a very personal service, very small, no call centres, no computer voices. They know my voice when I call and know who I am. Nothing is ever a problem. If I want duplicate statements or a bankers reference it is in my mailbox the very next morning. There are no forms or anything to fill in, they do everything for you. The switch card and Gold Visa debit/charge card are provided free of charge (compare to banks like Coutts who charge a couple hundred pounds for that or Duncan Lawrie who charges you around 1.5% for all cash withdrawals!)
