Your Movers, do not use, they came to do my packing the day before my move and the drivers parked in our driveway but they got a parking ticket because they stupidly blocked the entire pathway and they handed me the parking ticket expecting me to pay when it was their stupidity. If they had said their wheels were on the footpath where can we park I would of pointed out that it was a Sunday and we had a single yellow line in front of our driveway which they could have parked on for free. It was a Sunday so office was closed so I called the next day to take it up with the company while the workers returned for removal. I kept being told by the person I dealt with that he would check with operations manager and get back to me in 30mins. He didn’t and I ended up following up on it a further 2 times and on the last time the workers had finished and were looking for payment. I called and I said I will pay what’s owed and hand the parking ticket to workers as I won’t pay for the negligence of their employers. The person I dealt with accepted this verbally and according to phone lines are call was recorded however they charged without authorisation from me for what I owed for their service plus £55. I called very angry and no apology no acceptance for their actions and I emailed too and got nothing but silence from them. Stay away from the.  I am following up with this. I will not let them get away with this. A total unethical and immoral company

I was extremely impressed with all the men who packed and moved all my belongings over 3 hours away from London. They were friendly,efficient and worked so hard. They really are a fantastic company with the best workers I've ever met.

I can see how they are passionate in their work. They move professionally and our furniture is well packed also they arrived on time. Its really big help to us. I will surely recommended this to my friends. Fantastic chaps.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We booked 5 hours to move a 2 bed flat 10 mins down the road. It took 3 guys 4 hours to load the first van which was tiny. One futon took all 3 guys 20 mins! It They took so many breaks I have photos of them sitting around doing nothing. They then threatened to leave the job unfinished unless we paid more. It seemed like they were going slowly all along to run down the clock. I had to carry a lot of things myself to keep them working. Really rude and aggressive too. STAY WELL CLEAR.

The service provided was perfect from start to finish! From talking over the phone and booking the service, to packing, removing and putting everything in the right place. The team that came to pack and do the removal were professional and extremely helpful. We didn’t need to move a finger and they seemed to know exactly what they needed to do with all the furniture. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Moving house can be one of the most stressful things and they definitely made our life a lot easier!

Fantastic service all around. The team was very professional, helpful and friendly. Access to the new property wasn’t as easy as originally anticipated and offloading took 3 hours longer than expected but the team carried out the work with utmost professionalism. Didn't took any breaks, hard workers and very careful with our belongings. Their quotation was also below other companies.

Delighted with the service. My job was not easy logistically, but the price was ultra-competitive and the boy did a great job. Careful, professional and courteous. I hope I don’t have to move again any time soon, but if I did they’d be getting return custom.

Arrived on time and were very efficient and careful with the belongings. They packaged anything delicate or breakable and had a good attitude about moving everything from my 3rd floor studio (without a lift) to a second floor house. Overall made great time and left everything in good condition. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Your movers packed and moved us! Having a small child the idea of packing and moving was daunting and even with hiring a mover it is hard to be certain how it will go. Well, we are in our new home and very happy with how the move went. We had some tricky items fitting into one space and they came up with a plan that worked perfectly. Very professional.
