World Wide Van Lines

We used World Wide Van LInes to move from Kansas City, Kansas to Troy , Michigan in November. The sales person phindy was great very polite and knowledgeable. The packers arrived the day before the movers, and they were very polite and courteous. They packed with amazing efficiency, and were very careful with our belongings. They packed our stuff into very sturdy boxes, and took extra care to make sure none of our things were broken. They did a great job. We definetly could not have done such a professional job ourselvs. The movers were the best part of our move by far. They were 2 father/son teams, and another gentleman who loaded and moved our belongings. First off, they came in and protected our floors, walls, and even put down carpet protector throughout most of the home needless to say I was very impressd. Once they were finished protecting the home, the loading of our stuff they did take there time which was fine for me I did not want them to rush and risk damaging my things. The attempts I made to reach customer service were easy they picked up the phone and answered my questions everytime. The delivery was just as flawless as the pickup was no complaints from my end they were a little slow but that was for my benefit I would use them again in the future although I don't plan on moving again anytime soon thank you World Wide.

This is a brief thank you to world wide van lines for making my move easy and flawless. I contracted with world wide van lines and could not have asked for a more professional and well organized company. Everything was done to my liking form packing to loading to unloading. This is my third move over the last 6 years and certainly not my last and for the next move I know who to call. The cost of the move was almost $3,000.00 less than the last moving company I used and that is the only thing that worried me but I am really glad I made the decision to move through them. Alex and his 2 helpers were great guys and did a fantastic job. thanks again!!!

First of all, we were quoted by around 20 moving companies and it is very hard to determine which are reputable and honest. We did not know of this website so we went with the company with the best better business bureau rating. Our sales rep vidya was extremely polite,professional, and really made me feel at ease. We set up a pick up date for January 11th and I was estimated at 20,419 lbs. plus we had a lot of packing we paid for. The crew showed up at 2:00 pm (they told us they would be there between 9AM and 12PM so they arrived a little late but called at 11 and told us they were running behind. When they got to our house there was 4 men and they were very pleasant to speak with and got to working as soon as they arrived and introduced themselves. They took extreme care of our items and while 2 men packed the other 2 loaded. After all was said and done we were 1,000 lbs. under the estimated weight and they wound up packing 22 boxes less than planned so our C.O.D price went down considerably. We recieved our items on October 10th first thing in the morning and everything arrived in the same condition and they offloaded quickly and efficiently. Needless to say everything turned out wonderful and we WILL be recommending them to others.
