They were hired to move furniture into storage for an indefinite period as we could not find new office space. They said they were an international company with storage facilities across the country and a price was agreed. 2 months later they doubled the price and when we argued they added £20 per day for non payment of this price hike! They were extremely rude and threatening and quoted us double the original move price to move our stuff elsewhere. They hadn't supplied an invoice for the move or the 2 months hire and when pressed they sent an invoice for a lower amount dated the day before and with no VAT. They said they were not VAT registered yet were an international moving company? We've never been so badly treated!
