Quoted us £100 for a full house turned up late,left loads of space in the van but said it was full.left a load of stuff at the house and charged us £120 instead of £100 left our sofa outside the front door so we had to move it inside cos they had to go as they wer busy.then said we had to pay an extra £50 to get the rest moved.we agreed and they didnt turn up.
