I am very happy with the service provided, the movers were really efficient and friendly, I still cannot believe that they managed to move a one bedroom flat in 2 hours! They acted fast whilst also being very careful with all the furniture.

Booked a removal service with removex from Twickenham to Lewisham last week for two men and a van on an hourly agreement. The move went well and I couldn’t fault the effort of the guys even though the move took slightly longer than we expected as our last move was completed in 4 hours and this time round it took just under 5 hours and was charged for 5 hours but we did gather extra furniture items within the last year so all in all about right. Also a special thanks to the Removal Manager that waivered the 20 minutes waiting time as we had to wait for 20 minutes to carry out a property check with the estate agents which he expressed he shouldn’t be doing as the job was agreed on an hourly rate basis but did so as I’m guessing he understood our panic as we had a set budget for the removal.

Great removal service can’t complain about anything.

Will be using again next year in June when we have to move next.

We booked Removex for a removal service from Uxbridge to Isleworth on the 27/09/2017 and we was very happy with the service that was provided on the day. The crew arrive 15 minutes after the scheuduled start time but all the work was completed within the estimated time the estimator predicted. The crew were fantastic and strangley joyful throughout the move which was strange taking into account they had a non stop job of loading and unloading the vehicle throughout the day. I would like to thank Removex and would have given them a 5 star rating only if it wasnt for the 15 minutes or so delay in the morning.

I moved last week from 1 bedroom flat to storage in London with lots of boxes. Removex crew was on time and helped me even with packing some of the items in very short time. They managed my move so easy on the day with a short notice. I moved from London to Brighton and 3 months later moved from Brighton to Vancouver, Canada in 2016. Removex moved me on both occasions and I had the best service and price I could find in England. They were professional in their approach, very reasonably priced, accurate and courteous. They added box and packing to my own packages when they judged it was needed to protect my breakables - at very little extra. I would definitely use their services again and will for sure recommend them to my friends and family if/when needed. I provided me with exact time estimates that I needed to know to prepare myself when receiving my shipment. These were all done in my absence from UK - they earned my trust in their services. I am glad to have left my personal stuff to their care that I received in-tacked. They were very spontaneous in their response every-time I raised a query.

We moved home to Italy so Removex price was reasonable but in the end we paid 4 times the cost,so many items were broken when eventually received them including nearly new smart TV,vases,shoe storages,furnitures,2 lamps,plates,glasses and 3 mirrors..shame I can't put here pictures for people to see

If I knew this would happen I would've gone to a proper company and pay little extra and saved those items,instead Removed think I was the one to blame because I didn't take insurance !!

Does that means to break my staff??

This was my second time choosing Removex (one was moving, another was airfreight). Apart from the price is reasonable, the company provided really good and efficient service to customers, basically you can trust them without doubt.

We were enormously impressed by the whole experience: from the initial consultations with the sales manager, to the speed of the move and the courteousness of the removals crew, to the final conversations with with the manager, who remained the same throughout. I would return to Removex if we move again and would definitely recommend the company to others.
