"Absolutely disgusting service from PHS teacrates. We rented for 60 crates and it crates from this company, We had to pay for delivery and collection, which is excessive but fair enough.

However where the service really went down hill, was when they collected the crate.

Teacrate failed to pick up 1 crate, and then sent us an invoice saying 1 crate still on hire, i asked why they responded by saying all the crates were not together. This was not the case, as ALL the crates were together and the drivers did not make us aware that there was one missing! then to my astonishment they charged me again for the pick up. I called and advised that this was completely unfair, however they responded by laughing and saying there is nothing they can do about this and we must pay again, for something which is not even our fault. We spent so much money with this company renting crates, and they had no customer care or service at all, saying that we could cancel the account and that it will lapse after a certain period. No attempt was made to keep the business or keep the client happy.

I placed my order before 3pm and was supposed to get my package the next day (friday). I called them at 5:30 on friday as nothing came. They said it would come on monday, then they said that it would come on friday but by 6pm. It is now 8pm and nothing. I have no furniture or mattress covers for my move now. Just terrible. Never ordering from them again. I paid less with other companies for delivery and it came first thing the next day.

awful company, delivery didn't arrive on time and when it did they charged me a different price than i was quoted!

Teacrate have been service partners of Removal Services Scotland for a number of years. We purchase our removals packing materials from Teacrate as their prices are very competitive. Our office removals department also use Teacrate for the supply of office packing crates and lifting equipment on a regular basis. The combination of service, location and cost are the reasons why they are our preferred supplier.

I've recently come to the end of the rental agreement on my property and needed to pack up all my things in preparation for a move to another place within the same city. I ordered ten large moving boxes, eight small boxes and 6 short boxes. I also ordered plenty of tape, bubble wrap and packing paper as well. My delivery arrived the next day, which was great, because I was able to get on with my packing straight away. All the items I received were good quality. They say that these products are used by the removals companies and I can see why. The boxes are very strong. The website was very easy to use and navigate and the overall process of ordering was quick and hassle-free.

I've been really pleased with the boxes we got from teacrate packaging, they're nice and sturdy and we had no unfortunate accidents during our move. We went for a moving pack so got plenty of extras as well, including bubble wrap and tape, which was really useful. Delivery was nice and prompt, no problems at all.

I phoned Teacrate Packaging because I needed to pack up my flat and I didn't know how many boxes I would need, and also what sizes would be best for me. The man at Teacrate was really helpful and suggested I start with their 1 bedroom pack - I can always order more boxes if I run out. He also said I could pick the boxes up from the depot saving the delivery charge. The starter pack is brilliant and includes loads of extras like tape and a marker pen and bubble wrap and even sofa and mattress covers! It is such good value and I would recommend them to any one. The boxes are really good quality and I will be using some of them for storage.
