When Pettmans moved us in the summer they promised that all our clothes would be packed into specially designed wardrobe packing boxes so we wouldn't have to put them in suitcases.

Half an hour into the move we looked into the van and saw that the men were piling up our clean clothes on a shelf at the back! We complained and they delivered the proper packing cases.

The team had arranged to arrive at our new house at 9am the next day to move us in. They arrived at 7am saying they had been thrown out of the local supermarket car park where they had been sleeping in the van. We couldn't understand why they had insisted on bringing a mattress from a bed that we were auctioning with the same company ... now we realised what it was doing there.
