I reported damage to two couches the day after removal took place. Submitted photographs shown where the leather had been ripped because both couches had been dragged on their sides. It took 2 months and many e-mails to finally get then to visit and inspect the damage. I was then promised that the claim would be sorted out the next day. Now a further month later and nothing has happened, despite a further e-mail reminder.

The guys who did the move were friendly enough, but the company's total lack of commitment to its promises is abysmal.
