These guys should be called 3 idiots and a truck because they were that bad. They had a long arrival window that they were 2 hours past in arriving. They were moving someone else along with our belongings and did not adequately budget their space. Some of our belongings were strapped onto the lift gate of the truck. They were rude, lazy, and did not know how to pack a truck. They wasted a lot of space by taking boxes off of shelves and shrinkwrapped the shelving units. Items we had put aside to bring with us disappeared onto the truck. They came very close to dropping a TV. We did our own packing and even did a third of their wrapping and packing. They had to rearrange the truck at our place before they started with our belongings which took 2 hours then told us it would only take 2 hours to get us loaded. It took them 8 hours. Their arrival window was between 10 am and 2 pm. They arrived a 4:30 pm, started our part at 6:30 pm and finished at 3:30 am. They threw some of our camping gear into the yard and did not pick it up. They were disruptive to the neighbors. They threw their water bottles we provided into the yard and on the ground and did not pick up. With some of the liftgate loading at the end, they lifted our carport awning slightly. Then they nearly backed into the carport awning when attempting to move the truck to close the side door. Nearly had a TV fall out of the truck. The 3 guys they sent do not need to be working as movers.

Our delivery took nearly 2 weeks to arrange and complete. The guys who delivered were professionals. They unloaded in less than 2 hours and worked very efficiently. They were not happy about making a delivery but were gracious in spite of having to make this detour from Birmingham to Memphis then onto Louisiana for a pick up.

This company has the worst customer service. The people answering their phones sound bored and uncaring. They make a lot of promises but do not deliver. I will never use this company ever again because of this experience and their high cost. I should have just told them to hold tight and went to rent a Uhaul and have them to load that.
