I felt compelled to write a truthful review of this company so as yo save others from the absolute nightmare I've had to put up with from them. Don't be fooled by the seemingly good reviews - they're all lies and on closer inspection all reviewers have the same extremely poor English. They don't have branded vans like in their photos nor do they have any insurance or use blankets or special covers to protect your things.

I booked for a 2 bed house removal with dismantling and reassembly of a double wardrobe. On the removal day two men turned - on time - probably they're only redeeming quality. Minutes after arriving one of the men cried off sick upon seeing my cats claiming he had a cat allergy. He said the office would contact me to arrangefor someone else to do the job. The office called and told me someone could do the job the next day but the price would be £65/hr instead of the £50/hr rate that was originally agreed. I objected as it wasn't my fault that the booking was delayed so didn't see any reason why it should pay more. In hindsight at this stage I should've heard alarm bells ringing but I decided to go ahead.

The catalogue of woe began with stepping on numerous bottles of shampoos and creams whilst clodding around my bedroom splurging the contents all over the carpet. Putting things I gave them to load in the van outside on wet grass in the rain. Manhandling my drawers causing dents and splinters, not using any carriers or blankets to protect my furniture, unloading my items onto a wet dirty floor despite complaining to them numerous times, not being able to speak English properly making it difficult to give them instructions as they couldn't understand what I was saying, leaving my leather sofa face down on a dirty, wet floor, damaging my wardrobe in their bungling attempt to put it back together, amongst many other things.

To make matters worse when I complained and refused to pay some of the money one of the men seized my computer and made off with it, refusing to give it back unless I paid in full. When I threatened to call the police he snatched my phone out of my hand and threw it over a balcony! Luckily the phone didnt break. In the end I agreed to pay part of what was owed but I was far from happy. They left leaving my sofa in the street. Calls to their main office to complain have gone ignored. They use vans too small for the . job to make it take far longer than it should costing more then use threatening tactics when you refuse to pay.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS - you have been warned!

I was moving out of my studio and from all the Removal Companies in London I selected Fast Removal Services. I required their services at this instant and I was more than glad when they said they will come. I am pleased by Fast Removal Services not only because they came straight away, but also because they supplied everything without any damages.
