The title says, it was terrible. Don’t put a smallest bit of trust in them. They were constantly asking for full payment even before the truck could reach. The car was damaged, the bumper broke and they were just not accepting it. The manager was so rude and insensitive that he wasn’t ready to listen to us and was still asking for money even then. damage of a bumper which costs so much and they were saying it’s just a matter of rs 200!!! And then we had to pay otherwise they just wouldn’t give the keys back. Please guys we had a loss, suffered, you don’t make this mistake.

In the beginning, the DSL person who came to visit our home..a two BHK quarter, was very cordial. we were shifting from Pune to Kolkata..We had booked finding the rate reasonable (35, 000).. gave advance and fixed the date for move as 21st May, 2016. Then starts the real game..

1) Four men appeared on the day of packing, at 9 AM, with a tempo which bears no name of DSL Packers (we understood that DSL is involved in outsourcing even in packing).the person who came for physical review, didn't come.the men were in hurry..we were two people..and they were four..we didn't even know which packets they were putting in what..within half an hour..they had almost packed half of our home...I had to make call to the person I dealt with to ask these people to go slow..and asked them to go out for one hour at least..by the time we could manage to plan to their rampage..

2)the person I dealt with had told that we can pay by cheque/cash...when I decided to pay by cheque..those men did not agree and I had to go to ATM to withdraw huge cash..then they inflated almost Rs..1500 showing as cantonment tax etc...they also asked me to give the key of the bike..so that they can drive to their hub and then pack..to which I didn't agree..

3) The good were to be loaded on Kolkata-bound truck on the same day itself..but was booked only after 8 days..may be on 28th..

4) Insurance of goods of Rs.200000(declared value) costed us Rs.6000/..but it was done by the person I dealt with and the copy sent through through watsapp..(later came to know from the insurance company that it was not for mishandling..but for road accident only for which FIR of accident has to be lodged at the Police station with the vehicle number (vehicle number we could not know as the driver's number and vehicle number, though promised, was not given to us)..

5) Then when the luggage reached Kolkata..they said they will deliver these in midnight..can you believe this!!

Then after heated argument they agreed to deliver next day..and were started asking for unloading charge and union charges..which were never to be paid as per words the person I dealt with ..

6) When the good were delivered, we found that there was no 'wooden crate" for refrigerator and washing machine which was promised and for what Rs. 5000 was taken..then we found many packets open..mirror of our steel Almirah broken..scratches all around...glass crockery broken and what not...

Even the person who came  for delivery.where surprised to see so much of callousness in packing..I was distressed..

7) When contacted the person I dealt with , he said he would pay back for losses and not giving wooden crates..but he kept on delaying even after taking my Bank account details..

8) When I filed the insurance claim, they clearly denied that since there was no accident, no insurance claim can be paid and callousness and mishandling losses are not borne by us..

9) Since, I am in loss of atleast Rs.10000-15000 (I cannot calculate the exact figure as I have not been in Kolkata after that and I have photographs sent by my wife of the loss. and all the packets could not be open by her.. I have decided to file an FIR against the person I dealt with and DSL Express Packers and Movers (who claim to be an ISO certified company, but all of them are fuss only)...*

Poor quality packing materials, cheating customers, pathetic service and Goods damaged by DSL!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Availed DSL service on Apr 01st week.

1) DSL gave quote for 12000 INR + taxes - Price includes loading (1200Inr), unloading charges (1200INr), 12 Boxes as standard + 8 additional boxes free and for other large house hold items.

After packing and loading all goods, DSL cheated us by saying only 12 boxes is included in the price and we need to pay 1000 INR per box for 8 boxes and threatened us that they will offload the vehicle. So ended up paying 22000 INR ( 10000 Rupees additionally above the quote).

Tried calling the DSL sales representative / contact numbers but DSL disconnected our call multiple times intentionally.

2) Boxes were small in size comparing to other packers and movers and most of the boxes were already damaged and poor quality carton.

3) Committed us that all boxes will be plastic wrapped but refused to wrap the goods even if their boxes were damaged.

4) Broke the sofa while lifting & dragging which resulted in 15000 loss for us. All the items were dragged and not properly handled. This lead to multiple scratches.

5) Truck reached the destination WITHOUT ANY unloading laborers or the persons who can fix the cot. Lorry driver refused to offload the vehicle and DSL did not pick our calls or disconnected the calls intentionally.

This forced us to make several conference calls between DSL and transporter. Once we tried to make Police complaint DSL reacted by saying local laborers will reach in 20 minutes.

Lorry was waiting for almost 5 hours, no laborers turned up and finally lorry driver unloaded the vehicle and we ended up paying 500 INR additionally to the lorry driver.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

I had shifted my household item from Mumbai to New Delhi through DSL Express Packers & Movers I was realy hesitant to do this through any services as it was weierd idea but some of my family friend has forced me to use DSL Express and I feel it was realy a wise decision initially I thought it would be costly or some align to ask the packers but at the same time I don’t wanted to take risk so I Called DSL Express Packers for my shifting and I had done my shifting smoothly within my pocket budget and without any headache.

such a great experience .loved this and suggest to use it again.

My household goods shifted from Mumbai to Pune and Kota to Pune by DSL Express Packers And Movers. It is very careful packers and movers. It provides fast service. Packing time 4 person came to my door and packed my all items goods in times. Loaded and also unloaded in Pune carefully. Its is tedious and hectic job to move goods from one location to another. If you are sincere and want a honest and reliable service provider you must be sincere about the process.

The reason I am writing this review on "DSL Express P&M page because I didn't find the page of "Outlook Packers & Movers"

Before I had tried so many packing and moving company and there are very inefficient. A few I hire before broke my LED tv and sofa set and lost few goods.

Recently I had shifted my household stuff from Mumbai to Bangalore. My friend recommended me to go with Outlook Packers & Movers.I call them on "9769169199" they asked me to email my household article. I had email and all the household items details on the given email id. Based on the given article list they had provided me a soft copy of quotation with price breakup. Next I had received a call from there Relocation Manager and fixed and appointment for survey my goods. Very next day the Relocation Manager had arrived on my address on given time and gave me the after survey my goods. After some negotiation I had booked my consignment with Outlook Packers & Movers.

There packing team with supervisor arrived to my address on given date & time and start packing. There packing was excellent they packed my each and every goods very nicely. They loaded my stuff in a close container as promised. I had applied for an insurance also. Next days they send the insurance policy copy via email. After two days I had received my stuff safely without any damage except some small scratches on my table.

Based on my previous experience I would recommend to all my friends can give a try to this company. I would suggest all my friend can try this company.
