They may be cheap but you're highly unlikely to pay the original quote they give you. In my case they under-estimated the van size I needed and then told me it wasn't their fault. The manager didn't appear to understand the basics of a house move as he seemed shocked that I didn't know when I would be getting the keys. He then used this to tell me he'd be charging for waiting time. Believe it or not this idiot and his colleagues booked my move in, knowing they had a 2pm appointment miles away. I got the keys to my new property at 3.45pm. Absolutely atrocious, don't use them. You are a nasty excuse for a compant and I plan to write many more poor reviews about your company in the vain hope you might actually give a damn one day.
