Alfabet Removals, Hemel Hempstead

On the 29 July I was involved in an 3 vehicle accident at 09:45 on the A41 Edgeware Road. One of vehicles involved in this accident was a van on hire from Ryder Rentals used by Alfabet Removals and driven by a man who called himself Mr.P. This van went into the back of my vehicle shunting my car into another car in front of me. The usual exchange of details took place between the three parties and a number of phone calls were made to gather information before I informed my insurers. I even spoke to a man called Mr. H who I believed to be Mr.P's boss at Alfabet Removals.

However, this is the last both my insurers and myself have heard from Alfabet Removals. It would appear Alfabet Removals are a company who lack the integrity and honesty to report the incident to both the van hire company they were using and their own insurance company. I have included a quote from a recent email from my insurance company.

“Alfabet removals have been un-cooperative with us so far. We are currently awaiting a reply from their office on the matter. ………so in a sense we are relying on their integrity to respond to us.” (Don't forget this is since July 2013)

Based on the information above I would suggest you give this company a wide berth, their value base in doing the right thing would seem non-existent. So before doing business with Alfabet Removals of Hemel Hempstead please read this testimony and remember, if they can completely ignore a serious incident of a road traffic accident on a busy north London road, would you trust them to move or store your prized processions??
