The Zillow.com review gave me concise, factual information that a long-distance friend mentioned in an e-mail. Her usage of Zillow.com had to be precise and truthful because all the information she had forwarded to me was "spot on." Not only, did the report give me information about the property; but it contained information about the schools in the area, the nursing facilities in the area as well as how near/far convicted offenders lived. However, not only did Zillow.com hit on the "lows" such as offenders, it gave us an overview of colleges,graduates, salaries in the area and a "feel for whether this was a living or dying community! Something I definitely would want to know before relocating my growing family.
