Very unprofessional people. They try tricks while selling property. I wish there was a governing body to control such agencies. When they realised I am interested in property and I offered asking price, they tried trick and told me your offer is rejected and if you increase offer then you can get the property. On this I immediately understood these people I said I am not offering a single pound above asking price. These guys realised that trick is not working so they said okay there are still chances with asking price so we will let you know in sometime. Next day they called me and told me property is sold and I did not react. But still they kept trying my number to, again tricks!!
