The worst experience I have ever had with any business ever. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, when you go to their office they are not there. Even when it's regarding sending them rent they do not answer. Problems with the house they do not even attempt to sort out. If I could give them less than one star rating I would. I warn anyone no matter how much you may love the property do not do business with them you will regret it and your stress levels will be the highest they have ever been.

I have been using this agent to let my properties for nearly ten years. They are friendly and helpful and always find the right tenants for my properties. I have read another bad review but can only imagine these relate to a period when they had trouble manning the office due to a family bereavement.

Asked them to rent my property, promised lots, did not fullfil. Another company managed to let my property, infirmed spell, no response, and still have not received my keys back many months later. They do not answer the phone, respond to emails are never in the office. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and one to avoid at all costs as both a tenant and landlord.

I used them to find a tenant for my flat. They found one quickly, and sorted out everything without any prompting. They're also quite cheap. Highly recommended.

I rented a studio flat through this agent in April this year and was very happy with the service. It was the first time I had rented anything and they were very helpful explaining about what bills I had to pay on the property and showing me how to work the heating. I left a message on their answerphone to arrange viewings and they did get back to me promptly and they helped me sort out the referencing. Mainly I liked their friendly approach.

A bunch of amateurs! The only reason I went with them is because the happened to managing the letting of the flat I really liked. Failings, lack of communication and disappointment at every turn. Moving is already a stressful situation - but SEPML made it a thousand times worse.

- ignored requests for viewings

- didn't turn up for viewings

- lied about putting in offers to the landlord

- ignored emails and calls for over a week

- nobody in their offices or answering calls during working hours

- rude and abrupt staff

- lying about time scales in order to get me to disappear for a few days

- took 2 weeks before they even requested the references from the referees

- unknowledgable about the property they were letting - not even knowing the cost per month!

- no communication or customer service at all (despite a £200 fee)

STEER WELL CLEAR PEOPLE! I wish I had found a review of this company before getting involved.
