I have been looking for a repossession opportunity for a while and this was proving a bit tricky to find as where I was searching was not in my normal geographical area that I buy. I found Repolist by chance during my web browsing. As it turned out the £9.99 for one month’s subscription seemed like a steal with a brilliant easy to use website & no long term contract demanded. I have since purchased a 2 bed property needing some work and below market value from an estate agent via Repolist which I am really thrilled about. Repolist has reduced considerably the amount of time that I normally have to allocate for such searches. I have since signed up for the year as I now regard this is a must have tool if you are in the business of property.

I couldn't fault the site. It has saved me quite a lot of time sifting through the various different portal websites. The layout of the site is nice also nice and clean and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for investment opportunities in property. I signed up for email alerts on new properties for my search areas and find this service pretty useful too.
