Companies always ask to leave reviews and tbh i never do but with these guys i have left several!

Great Service... they truly went above and beyond and made my experience hassle free and more importantly the devil is in the detail these guys are professional down to constantly backing up conversations in email and texting to get through to me for urgent matters all the way to assisting me with property matters they really could of simply ignored!

I have just purchased my second property through Propsavvy and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a transparent and informative estate agent. The whole process from when my offer was accepted till the completion of the sale took no longer than 6 weeks. I was always kept well informed of what was required. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by Micheal and his team. I hope they will be able to find another diamond in the rough for my future purchases. Thanks again!!

I was very pleased with the service from Propsavvy as a whole, and in particular the gentlemen I dealt with in really helping us with the whole process from start to finish, which all happened very quickly. It's not often I get the pleasure of working with other agents instead of against them. I was called by a gentleman Adam who works there asking if we could help find a buyer for a property as it wasn't directly in their area. I accepted and within a few days the buyer was found. He then took over the file and progressed the sale through to completion very quickly. They are estate agents I would want working for me if I sold my house and would recommend the company to anyone.

We dealt with Propsavvy on a resale of one of their properties and found them excellent. Answered phone calls/email responses very quickly and did exactly what they said they woould do

The people who write good reviews are not very savvy and quite frankly are unaware that they have been tricked into buying unwanted properties.

Like most of these people here I also never heard back from them once they got a hold of my 4K.

Granted everyone has to earn a living but i'am more ashamed to have fallen for this. Now that I have more experience under my belt in the property market I can see how any newbee would fall for this!

Im not sure whether taking them to court will be helpful as they would have already covered most of their tracks.

One thing I can advise for those who have paid the 4K and realise you have been let down is not to accept their lifetime membership as that voids any money back. Another sneaky trick they have put in place once they realise you have caught onto to them.

But im sure just like most of these organisations they will eventually earn a bad enough name through peoples feedbacks although the smart thing they are doing is not commercially advertising to the public as this scheme only works well when not everyone knows about it.

People who are aware of what the company really does should just be honest and write their experience and hopefully their company will get what it deserves!

After you pay the 4k deposit they don't call any more. I 'am in the court with they. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I've been searching for an investment flat for many months and have been unlucky. Then I saw a flat advertised by Propsavvy. Their method id different from other agents who use closed bids. Propsavvy's method resembles an auction as each interested party is informed of all bids and can put in a higher bid.

The staff were very helpful all the way. The transaction went too fast, but this is not Propsavvy's fault, as the seller was in a great hurry. I didn't even see the Search before exchange/completion!

I am very happy with my purchase and I think I got it at a good price.
