I would have liked it to include a little more info about the property but great price. I would use it to search for a new home to purchase but that is just not what I was using it for today. I didn't not like that the first thing I saw was from Zillow something I can find on just a free website through google

I was surprised to find there was no real estate agent come on hidden in this site. I just wanted to know what the market value of my home is and didn't want the hassle of being pitched by an agency. This site was very easy to use and the information supplied was mostly complete until we got to the parts about "nearest" fire stations, cell towers, etc. The distances were way off-base. That's the only reason I didn't go with 5 stars. I also didn't realize how many perverts live in this general vicinity! That was also good to know.

I wanted Numbers and I got them. I can only hope they are more accurate then the other non requested information. Specifically that on the Schools. Couldn't be more incorrect, also on distances to Hospitals, etc. Doesn't add much to credibility of report. Probably worth a $1.29, not much more

Report was fairly detailedwith good basic information. Cost of report was reasonable.

quick access to real estate data. Makes it easy for consumer to locate all info available publicly. also helps someone unfamiliar with a neighborhood find info that they would not see otherwise.

We wanted to know the value of a property that we were looking at, It was very easy to get the report.

It listed the information of the property and information of the town, nearby schools and hospitals.

I was surprised that they also listed offenders that live nearby. I never thought of it, but when you have children, it's important to know these things.

The report also consisted of a checklist that you can use when you go to an open house.
