Stay Away. !!!!!

Company continued to charge for service after they confirmed service was cancelled. Customer service was useless. They would not help resolve the issue and said I should email my bank records to a generic manager email address. customer service agent refused to elevate the issue to the manager and terminated out communication when I suggested they look onto the charge and get back to me.

Shady business practices

Stay away from this company. Something is not right with their treatment of customers.

Accurate Information

This site provided accurate information. Especially liked the thorough inspection check list. Would recommend this site to anyone in the process of purchasing or selling a home.

Liked It

Very helpful information and complete. Information coincided with what I already knew. School information was extremely helpful as was the house condition checklist. Condition check list will be extremely helpful when getting ready to sell the house, which we are doing. Square feet probably included the three-car garage so I don’t know the exact square foot of living area. But overall not much to complain about but definitely worth a dollar.

Very Informative

I gathered enough information I need and with photographs too. This is a good tool in getting infos on properties you are interested in. The added bonus was the checklist given when inspecting a home. It would be better if you also had plain photos of the property and just not the 360 viewer. Thank you.

Evaluate Zillow As An Investment

I am very interested in investing in Zillow and wanted to sample your product.

I am familiar with this property and found your report very informative. Just one small problem: no view of the back yard, pool and gazebo.

Absolutely a great presentation.

On Point

This site is pretty much on point with the information they send to you. I was surprised that they had as much information on my house as they did. I particularly liked the value estimate of my house now since it's been over 9 years. I like all the graphs and breakdowns of the cost of property costs with the report and even include a meter for an estimate of home buying. I will use this service again as I have learned so much with my first purchase.

Thorough In A Way But Not In Another

I was mainly looking for the title of ownership so I was disappointed in not finding it included in the report.

Other than that it seems to be quiet informative for someone looking to buy a house.

But... I do have to say that the information is no different from that found on Zillow. The Inspection Checklist is thorough and useful for a buyer.

Accurate, Easy To Understand, Very Extensive In Details.

I did not expect so good and objective information. I needed it and I got it. Thank you.

Comprehensive And Accurate Report On My House In Co Spgs Co

I own a house in Colorado Springs that is currently leased. When the lease expires in June 18, I intend to put it on the sale market. Since I haven't lived there myself in >5 years, I was unsure about what it's worth. I know what it cost to buy the land outright and then to help design the house and specify the upscale materials to be used, such as barrel tile roof with copper roof valleys gutters and downspouts; genuine travertine marble flooring in much of the living-kitchen area; a gourmet kitchen I designed with 8-burner Viking island cooktop; lots of glass with gorgeous views of natural mountain and wooded beauty; massive hand-carved limestone gaslog fireplace (created by two Italian sculptors I imported from Italy. I could go on and on, but this review reflects most of it that I can refer people to. BTW, the land alone cost me $173,500, and the home design and construction, appliances, etc., cost another $700K+, so if I were to sell it at its estimated value, it would be a bargain for the buyer!
