I randomly came across www.propertyads.co.uk while searching for a flat to rent in Hammersmith. There was a large array of properties listed which i found great.

However some of the property offers seem to be outdated. Nonetheless the surrounding information was really useful along with the clear overview of property offers.

Could improve on the layout aswell.

I want to move, so I started doing some online research. Found a new site for property search: propertyads.co.uk It works like other search machines – it gets the listings from different sources and makes them available in one search. I haven’t started calling any estate agents or agencies so I don’t know if all the listings are up to date etc. but I must say that I found the website useful.

It has a nice design and is very clear. It works pretty well but I found it difficult to search by postcode. For example searching for B12 brought no results but I found B12 properties listed. That's something they have to work on.

When you choose a flat or a house that you like it is possible to check the distances to train stations, airports or Unis. That's also cool.

Generally the website is worth checking out if you're looking for a new place.
