Property Finder www.propertyfinder.com

this is scam. they gather all the listings from rent.com, apartment.com, craigslist.com and etc. then put it on their website. they said they'll give you money back but if you find a place from somewhere else then potentially they have that place under their listing, they won't give you the money back. big time scam! i would not recommend this to anyone out there. be careful

Property Finder is an excellent property website. Easy to search, easy to contact agent, property location on google maps, links through to agent's website - great website.

Compare with others Property Finder, looks awful and has patchy coverage of UK. Rightmove.co.uk is still better.

I have used Property Finder (www.propertyfinder.com) to have a browse over the housing market in my area and I reckon this is a pretty good website for getting the lowdown on local property.

It's a pretty good rival for Rightmove although I don't believe it has the same extensive range of propertys as it's better known rival. I think the Property Finder database will grow though, they have partnerships with The Times and The Sun so I would imagine, given 12 months, this site could become a pretty big fish.

The site is heavily supported by the Reeds Rains Estate Agency chain and many of the properties on this site are from Reeds Rains. I've been using the site to browse my local area (Cheshire) and Property Finder has my neck of the woods fairly well covered. Not sure if it will be as good for other areas, you would have to check.

To sum up, I would say this site has still got a fair way to go before it's on a par with RightMove but I wouldn't back against this site becoming much larger and more successful.

Verdict: One to watch.
