I came upon private landlord directory.com when searching for a company to do me a credit check on a tenant , I am a small private landlord and look around on a regular basis to get the best deals .This website has a different slant on things than the usual landlord websites , anyway ran my check very reasonable £8 plus vat although it says £8* then at the bottom says * indicates plus vat , I didn't know that ! very fast turn around and will be returning for that without a doubt.there are other services on there that look interesting the advertising looks cheap will try than next time and there is a call answering and sort things out service 24 hour PA its a very unusual idea if it works it would be good .

Overall very happy with what I had it looks like a new launch so could do with some of the content filling out and will try out some of the other stuff next time

I don't write reviews the only review I ever did before was for my dyson service were so good rang and thanked them could not believe the aftersales service on that and it was an old one !
