I think the prices are pretty low (max 49 to post up to 30 ads and for 1 year, or min. 9 with the same features for 15 days) and actually you can either have a membership yourself and everyone can get your email address, or you can find other paying members and have their email address as well. So my point is that it takes only one membership to contact each others.If you have a vacation property, they can either contact you by email, or you can make an registered reservation. The latter gives the privilege to leave a feedback. I think it's a pretty cool idea, and I hope it has success though, as long as they fix those bugs I mentioned above.
