What a joke this guy is. Does an appraisal on a property, uses 8 and 12 month out comps, uses other comps that are NOT in the same neighborhood (the neighborhood has over 600 homes so no reason to look outside of it) and chooses 3/2/2 instead of 4/3/3 Golf course community comps that are between 7 and 12 month sales. This guy is clueless. Stay far far away. 

I had very strict time requirment for inspection contingency. I called Leja and they scheduled appt next day. The price is reasonable. The appraiser came on time and did an excellent service. Thank you very much for your timely service, report and professionalism.

I would highly recommend using the Leja Group. I consulted with many appraisal firms prior to retaining their services and they were the most professional, got the job done as promised.

Working in the quality control department within our lending institution, I am responsible for overseeing the quality and accuracy of all appraisals as we rely on these valuations to secure our loans. We received and appraisal from one our vendors which appeared to be over valued based on the comparables I was able to generate from the sources available to me. I intern retained the services of the Leja Group who reviewed the appraisal in question and consequently, the reviewer replaced the original comparable sales with more appropriate comparables which resulted in the estimated value being $50,000 less than the value within the original appraisal.
