I found land deals really helpful when I decided to sell my land myself rather than use an agent. The advertised my land on their website, and even offered to include it in their fortnightly newsletter, I had many interested parties and sold the land quickly, the best thing is land deald is totally free for private sellers, so I had no fees to pay. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the UK looking to sell land. The only thing I can think of that would improve their website is if you had seperate pages for seperate types of land, but I think its great how you can quickly browse by town and county, and unlike many other land sales website I dont have to register before I could advertise or sign up to any finders agreements!! Truly wonderful concept, hope it stays free!!
