I was recommeded by a friend to use iThink and I was a little sceptical at first as it seemed too good to be true. I was going to save £1000's in estate agent fees so thought there has to be a catch. I was wrong, as I sold my house pretty quickly and saved enough money to take the family on holiday to Florida. So a big thank you to everyone iThink.

Having looked at various options, I thought I would give iThink a go seeing as I could save lots of money in fees. Well I am pleased I did as the whole process was simple and I sold my house in no time. Other people I know have recently sold their houses too but by using a traditional local agent so they paid considerably more than me in fees. I don't think they will do that again now that they are aware of iThink. I will have no hesitation in using them if I move house again.
