Orange Is Miss Selling Internet Speed And Product's.

I had been sold by Orange Phone company a wrong product. They told me when they sign up, We checked your account and you will get 17MB internet and took from me Wireless router charge £25

Then my line was activated in May and I contacted with them with in 5 days about my internet speed as it was very slow and they told me it will be fixed shortly, it was slow because we just switch over the line. Then again I contacted with

them more then 10 times and since May 2011 to February 2012.Every letter I sent them they told me and promised me that it will be fixed soon.

I sent them a final reminder end of February and gave them 14 working days to resolve this issue. Then they send me an email that says It will be fixed with in 5 working days and I phoned their top management

and they told me same thing.

But after 4 days they cut my line and close my account without giving me any information or notice while I was paying regularly and my contact didn't finish which left nearly a year (It was 18 months contract).

They cut my internet line and close my phone line So I have no option to switch my line to Carphone Warhouse or Talk Talk or O2 So I have to pay BT £120 just for phone connection on top now

I have to pay them Internet bill (Which will cost me now a month £35 including all) when I can get this from market same service less then £20 a month including Internet,Phone and line rental etc. all included from

Talk Talk or O2 or Plus Net or other provider's.

I paid them since March 2010 to March 2012 and never missed any bills. They took the money from me while they didnt provide the service they promised.

On top when I asked about this closing my line without notice and closing my internet connection! There manager or Management name Mr. Mark told me he doesn't know any explanation or reason.

I first contacted regarding follwing issues, Apr 23 2011, 08:25 AM, Then May 21 2011, 11:07 AM, Then Aug 19 2011, 12:02 PM, Then Sep 26 2011, 01:21 PM, Then ... Jan 13 2012, 06:12 PM Finally Feb 21 2012, 10:09 AM Every time I contact with them , They promised to resolve this with in 10 working day while did'nt took any action and finally without telling me or any notice they close my account including phone line.So I have to pay BT urgent £120 just for phone line and on top I am paying now a month £25 just for internet to BT.

I report this to [email protected] or by phone on 020 7520 3814 and my case referenc number is 14247

Internet-homes, Stay Well Clear, They Are Liars!!

We used www.internet-homes.co.uk to try and sell our house after being continuously badgered by them, the only reason we finally gave in was the promise (in writing) of our money back if they did not deliver. They promised an offer within 7-14 days and a sale or process of sale within 10 weeks, they apparently already have a database of people waiting for particular types of property to come on the market. This was all for a one off payment of £199.00 which was fully refundable if the criteria was not met.

The salesmen, as always, were very persuasive and did fill us with confidence, the banter about having people waiting could have been so true as our property is an unusual one and wouldn't come along very often. The promise of the refund was the only thing which made us bother with them otherwise they would never have even got a look in.

After our money was taken that was it, no correspondence, no updates, no receipt of payment, nothing!!! Then apparently the person who was dealing with our account had been sacked for incompetence and they wanted another £199.00 so another agent could take over our property, the original £199.00 could not be switched to a new agent for some reason. Obviously we did not pay another lot of money after the service already provided and proceeded to try and get a refund, which is at present proving impossible!! We have been told by various different people, when phoned up, that a cheque has been sent out, but we've never received a thing.

No Sale, No Offer's, No Nothing except for incompetence, Lies and NO REFUND. Stay Away from this company, they are SCAMMERS!! NB, They trade in many different names, one being, netmovers.net, there are many unhappy customers reviews about this company.

****PLEASE AVOID AS THIS IS A SCAM, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY****

We are in the process of taking them to court and exposing them so other people do not have to go through their underhanded ways!

Same here. I joined under the understanding that I would be able to view a particular property and that was the only reason I joined and they were aware. They then told me that the property was now being sold through estate agents and for a higher price and that because of that I should get a refund BECAUSE IT SHOULDN'T BE ON THEIR WESITE. I was sent an email telling me what to do and that I would get a call - nothing. Have been chasing my refund calling and calling they must be laughing at mugs like me. I will be getting in touch with Trading Standards. (The property is still on their website)

These Guys Saved Me From Losing Thounds

Me and my wife we thinking of selling our property but we didnt want to use and estate agent and pay their steep commissions. I was contact these guys who told me they could sell my property quickly with 0% commission to pay and a one off fee of £250. I was quite sceptical at first because usually if it sounds to good to be true then it is and i have never hard of them, but i went with it on the off chance that it would work.

I signed up to them and within 2 hours my property was on their site and a number of other websites. The staff were so friedly and always kept in contact with myself and my wife with updates and ways to help speed up the sale of our property. 8 weeks after our property went on the site i recieved a call informing me that somebody wanted to view the house. I was overjoyed as we did need to move quite quickly. They came and view the property and made an offer the next day.

Such a brilliant company and saved me over £6,000 which i would of paid to an estate agent. Would reccommend these guys to evertyone thinking of selling a property.

Liars...

I've just compared their website to netmovers.co.uk (net?)... same stuff. Check netmovers reviews and STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Looks like a big scam!

Be Aware Of "increadible" Deals. Check E.g. Netmovers.co.uk

I put my girlsfriend's flat for sale in Gumtree and the next day somebody from www.internet-homes.co.uk (different website than internethomes.co.uk or .net) phoned me saying that they guarantee to sell the property in 8 weeks (then they went down to 6 and 5 weeks) and if they didn't do it they would give me my money back.

They said that there was a client of them interested to buy the property just now and then, and that I had to agree to go on their books the same day and pay the 199 pounds fee, so that she could put her offer on my property (the internet-homes.co.uk guy said it was very certain).

The story was never very solid. The woman was from my city looking at properties in their office in a completely different country. She supposedly had 170000 pounds ready for buying a property in my area and she supposedly was extremely keen to spend them in my property after only hearing a description of it.

On the next telephone call another employee from internet-homes.co.uk told me that they had several people interested in my property and keen to put offers as soon as I paid the 199pounds and went onto their books. (This is only through telephone conversations with internet-homes.co.uk).

I can not confirm whether they were just telling completely lies or embellishing the truth. But I can’t believe that a person would buy specifically my flat at any price only hearing a description of it, and I think the only thing they want is my 199 pounds.

Be aware of this “incredible” good deals (you may not get the service you expect or your money back). Interestingly enough, the telephone number they were phoning from matches with one I found in the internet from netmovers.co.uk (.net) which has some appalling reviews such as scammers, liars,…

The reason I am writing this review is because I do not think it is an ethical practice to try to sell a service by telling untruths, and therefore, it shouldn’t be allowed.
