Would No Way Recommend Houseweb To Anyone

i found houseweb a waste of money. it was always difficult to navigate and the photographs were a nightmare to sort out and you are limited with the number. you cant even change your password say for security resaons. so once you have one youre stuck with it. they dont even advertise on rightmove! they advertise on facebook, oodle, thomson local, home.co.uk and mouseprice. that's how limited they are. nobody looks for houses on these sites. we all know everyone looks on rightmove for a home. if youre wondering why i bothered with houseweb in the first place well its because when i signed up with them no websites were advertising on rightmove. things have now changed and progress has been made with house selling websites as you can now have your house advertised on righmove for as little as £195! the only site that hasnt progressed in houseweb. these other sites also keep in regular contact and support you all the way. houseweb doesnt really have any customer support. i believe there is only one or two people there! i had a couple of messages whilst my house was on their website (which i paid a few hundred pounds for) but they never answered their phone whenever i returned their call. very fishy id say.

i would not recommend houseweb to anyone and would recommend googling selling your home on rightmove and checking out the several websites to find which is best for your needs.

IF I COULD, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HOUSEWEB 0/10

Houseweb.com - Total Waste Of Money

Had my property on the market for years on this website. Pics were very difficult to put on - constant problems and had no proper inquires (just two or three timewasters who never actually came to see the property) despite lowering the price to under market value. When I put the County in Houseweb's search engine it didn't even show! You can now pay virtually the same and get your property on Rightmove - that would be the better option as I totally wasted my money.

Decided On The Middle Of The Range Advert At &poun

Decided on the middle of the range advert at £129 with House Web and added a personnalised For Sale Board. Got a great number of enquiries both by email and phone and got an offer on my house very quickly despite a slow market. The system was easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to sell privately.
