A Complete Rip Off ! - Avoid

Home & Co in South Woodford has been chatging extremely high rents as compared to the market. A two bedroom flat in a nearby location is listed at £1300 with other agents whereas Home & Co. asks for £1400.

The charges for the tenant are also kept very vague and once the deal progresses to an advance stage, Home & Co slaps on unreasonable charges to rip off clients. Where other agents are charging £200 from tenants to rent out a flat, You end up paying almost £400 if you go through Homes And Co. it would be nice if the charges are clarified upfront however there seems to be a deluberate attempt in dealings in hiding these charges initially.

I would highly recommend to AVOID home & co as much as possible !!!
