This must be the way that house selling will go. First4Sale is all you need to sell for a fraction of the normal price.
First4Sale is a fantastic site that lets you sell your home without an estate agent or their commission charges. The free listing service is the most comprehensive out there, you get your own mini website with up to 8 photos, and you get your own messaging centre, where buyers can contact you but your details aren't shown, an online viewings calendar, and location map. They also have an office so you can speak to someone if need be.
The paid for packages include online advertising and for sale boards, which they put in and take away, and both of these are only £99.99. I have a friend who has now sold two properties this way and saved about £10,000 in agents fees!! I will be putting mine on soon.
