Excellent, Hassle Free Sale!
The adviser handled the sale of my house so efficiently. From start to finish I was overly impressed. Selling a house can be very stressful but with this company I found the whole process smooth. The solicitors provided were quick and my fees were covered. I sold under value (around 85%) but it included all fees. Thanks!
Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
Short and simple facts: Property value £90000, the offer they made £75000, after 2 surveys they dropped offer to £61000. Final amount paid £60000, they held on to the last £1000 claiming it would take more than that to do up the property .... £30000 profit was obviously not enough for them so they took my last £1000 of me. A company of charlatans who take advantage of people in a desperate position. Impossible to get hold of Robbie du Toit when calling from my phone but he would pick up the phone when using a friend's phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It is disappointing to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our service - as we value all of our customers input I would like to provide a thorough response. Firstly, the value of any property can be a very sensitive issue as it often represents the value of somebody’s home – what we always try to help our customers understand however is that the real value of a property is simply what it can realistically be sold for over a sensible timeframe. As the market was very slow in your area our analysts felt nervous that the property would take a long time to sell and therefore there was added risk – unfortunately from our perspective this has come true and through taking a chance in buying your property and providing a solution for you we have not yet been able to resell your property – in fact the highest offer we have had is £70,000 which is of course way off the valuation of £90,000. With all the fees we have had to pay on your behalf we will therefore making very little if any profit. Secondly, we hold back a retention of £1,000 when we acquire any property as the speed in which we buy property is extremely quick, hence why it is a useful service, so we don’t get a chance to check that everything inside the property is ok. We were advised that there was damage inside the property after you left and that the radiators had been physically removed – we therefore spent almost £2,000 rectifying these issues so again this did not work in our favour. In the large majority of properties we buy, they are left in good condition and the full £1,000 is returned so this was a very unusual and disappointing situation from our point of view. Again I am sorry that you feel aggrieved and hope this explanation helps you see that our aim was and is always to provide a genuine, open and honest service.
Convenient And Quick
Fast Sale Today posted a leaflet in our postbox offering cash for our home. We had to sell quickly because of a new job offer my partner got down south. We had to move quickly to avoid stress of having a vacant property to sell after moving so we contacted the company. The service was surprisingly quick, we got an offer lower than we would have liked but overall I found the service a great alternative to that of estate agents. It was quick,simple and they even paid our solicitor fees.

Selling Tenanted Property
Selling our tenanted property was not easy. We tried multiple local agents but the buyers always got put off by the tenants who live in an untidy manner which did not help. Guaranteed Sale For Peace Of Mind
I had tried using an online estate agent to sell my house however I found after paying them their fee upfront,their motivation was gone. We had to constantly chase and email and call to get updates and the service was appalling. Good Choice
We contacted home buyer companies to get a quick sale because we were in arrears. Some of them were rude and offered very low prices. I must be honest we did not like any of them but decided to go with Fast Sale Today. Occasionally we struggled to get the answers we needed. The sale did complete quickly and in fairness to the guys, they did what they said they would do. We have now gotten rid of our debts and are so much happier and relaxed in our new rental property.

Took Longer Than Promised
Fast Sale Today said they would get our sale done quickly. We have a leasehold flat we sold and the sale took 11 weeks! They told us it would be 2-4 weeks. Our managing agent held the sale up but I don't understand why they couldn't just complete without the leasehold answers. We were frustrated about the sale but not sure who was to blame - either the managing agent or the home buyers. After a stressful 3 months we got out of our flat and have now moved on to our new house which we are excited about.

Unfortunately we decided to not sell in the end due to personal circumstances, but Fast Sale Today's offer was very fair and their service very professional. You can change your mind down the line so there's no risk involved but theirs is a service worth looking into.

Price Lower Than I Wanted
