I did a search for self catering apartments in London, and came across these guys. Little unsure at first, bit we booked with 115 mins after finding a 2 bed in central London for half the price of a hotel room. Just to be sure we called though to their office before booking, but having used them once there will be no need for that again. Whenever you email the office they respond within a few minutes. Really amazing customer service.

My family enjoyed the whole experience and would certainly recommend. We did have to wait around 15 mins for the check-in dude to arrive - but once we was in we had a great clean apartment 3 mins from Bayswater tube station and the local stores.

Really good option if you want to avoid hotels and expensive serviced apartments.
