What can I say.... instead of paying a rightmove subscription, you can get on rightmove for free, it works, and somehow it's now free, as they previously charged a small fee for the service, when I first started using the site.

Great website, for property owners like myself, who aren't righmove subscribers, but still need to be on rightmove.....

This website offers a fantastic value advertising package for the self-managing landlord. I was wary at first of the low price but I can't argue with the results.

I uploaded the details and pictures on to the clear and concise www.advantacetogo.com website and they appeared at the top of the most important property websites. It's all done automatically, with one form and one payment, but there was helpful and keen people on the other end of the email and phone happy to answer my queries and provide advice and help. It was quick and easy and I don't know of a better value way to reach such a large audience of prospective tenants. The enquiries all seemed to be of high quality compared to the time-wasting responses from the (expensive) newspaper advert and the (free) Facebook group posts. The adverts would have run indefinitely but I arranged a new let within the week, turning away many.

AdvancetoGo was recommended to me and I have used them twice. On each occasion I have found suitable tenants very quickly. Technical support is excellent and efficient.

The website is so simple and intuitive. It really is so quick to post your ad. They will send you emails from the tenants or put the prospective tenants straight through to your dedicated advert telephone line.. brilliant..!!

They have special offers on and I recently advertised two properties for FREE for introducing my fellow landlords to the site, much more cost effective than some other sties I used to use.

I find that most my tenants come from Rightmove and Gumtree to this site is perfect.

They make sure that you remember the EPC and also to add the landlord registration number in Scotland, so avoid hefty fines too.

The help desk are so quick and polite, a real nice team to deal with.

When setting up the advert it was made easy and accessible to all with the use of pictures to switch on and off features offered by the property. I particularly liked the drag and drop feature for photos and the fact that they could be re-ordered later in the setup.

After placing the advert the management team contacted me to confirm that all had worked as planned and to gain feedback. Using this company you feel that you are supported at all times and the big bonus is that they provide cost effective services.

A great touch is that the system remembers your properties which I assume will mean that I can re-advertise without having to start the advert from scratch.

The only criticism would be that there was no button to select between furnished and unfurnished.

AdvancetoGO's service was not initially clear to me but after spending some time on the site I understood how it worked and was able to list my property. The icons were engaging and easy to use and the photo upload worked well.

I received a high number of enquiries and let the property quickly. I was particularly happy with the quality of tenant leads.
