We own rental properties ourselves and are temporarily renting a residential property managed by this company. We have had nothing but problems in the 6 months we have been renting. The most egregious situation is that we received a letter from this company accusing us of having more than 2 cats in violation of the CCRs, of creating a nuisance, and of causing property damage to other neighbor properties. We have no cats and have never had cats. This accusation, which was sent to our landlord, was made without any investigation whatsoever. They put us in a precarious situation with our landlord. They have committed libel and defamation against us in our neighborhood. We have demanded an apology and a retraction and we are awaiting a response.
