Superb.. Very Professional
I have been letting property for over 15 years and have dealt with several agents and inventory companies. I’ve been using Thames Inventories for the last 2 years and the service they offer surpasses all other companies.
Both Georgina and Leanne have been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The reports are comprehensive and easy to read and their eye for detail is superb.
They have dealt with many awkward check-out disputes that many agents and other companies would not deal with – saving me the trouble and headache!
Friendly and professional - I hope this is a relationship that will continue for many years.
If you do use them read their small print VERY carefully. I was left with a very large repair bill when they in my mind didn't do a proper inventory. Personally I would avoid at all costs.
