if you ever want to sell your house even to a family member like i did as i terminally ill with cancer and only have weeks DONT CHOOSE REFFERALS SCOTLAND, they arent cheap the solicitor companies they use is a joke and i had to phone them today to see if the sale had gone through two weeks ago all the way through the sale they just kept coming back with mistakes and appologies i signed two depositions and they still come back and said it wasnt enough i had to pay more money the lawyer was supposed to contact me which he didnt then his P A phoned and appologised for not notifying me my house was sold TWO WEEKS AGO surely it was his place to tell me he took my money lots of it. They maybe ok for a speeding fine but nothing more complicated BEWARE OUT THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
