The staff is very unprofessional and non-responsive, verbally abusive and rude when you contact them for maintenance. Down right scary....do yourself a favor and do not rent a property that is managed by these people. Also they will try to keep your deposit. What a nightmare!

This company is unprofessional. Very bad service and bad screening system. Agent said tenant is nurse but she is not. agent is liar. Tenant rent only few month with short payment and broke the contract, own me rent, did not clean and damaged my house but agent did not take any action.

The contract clearly indicates that My agent, holds $1000.00 of security deposit. He just partially refunded me $500.00, said the deposit left by the tenant was $500.00.

Tenant change mailbox locks and did not return all keys when she move out but agent said he'll not response this things.

Do not use RPM to manage your property, they do an extremely poor job.their staff is very rude and unresponsive
