Now Professional Property Management

My Company is a Landlord which owns a number of properties on a complex Managed by Now Professional based at Southampton.

As I have had all of the dealings, on behalf of my Company, with Now Professional i am in an ideal position to coment on the service supplied.

The people I have dealt with have been very polite, professional, pro-active, prompt and efficient.

The works carried out relating to Maintenance, Repair & Refurbishment of Mechanical & Electrical Services, Buildings Fabric, Grounds, Roads and Cleaning have all been carried out promptly, efficiently and with limited disruption to occupants and visitors.

In fact the Annual Budget & Costs are reducing yearly since Now Professional took over Management responsibilities, as are any outstanding debts which Now Professional chase Legaly and agressivly in order to keep all running costs to a minimum whils keeping property and services at an optimum standard withinj Budget remits.

In fact, all this is achieved whils keeping the customer regularly updated with progress reports and any information they believe may be of benefit to the client.

I have no complaints and a pat on the back is well deserved for sutch a commited team.

We sold our flat in December and Now Professional had just taken over the management of the flats around that time.

We have required some paperwork including the end of year accounts and Jenni has been so helpful and responded to my e-mails promptly and efficently.

Having had to deal with the previous management company on numerous occasions and finding them less than easy to contact and get responses from it was fantastic to find that Now Professional were so easy to deal with.

I am a director of an estate which use Now Professional, we consists of 10 houses and 36 flat units. They are proactive and always attending to matters immediately.

NP have consistently provided a helpful, responsive, timely and reliable service. They are streets ahead of any of the three managing agents I have previously experienced at this property. I am reassured to know that NP will carry thorugh any actions which the managing company has agreed on with efficiency and patience, excellent feed-back and interaction with the directors. Now Professional have demonstrated an active and impartial effort to manage our property to the best of their ability in trying circumstances.

We have had other managing agents who did not seem to take their responsibilities seriously. This company works hard and diligently, often beyond the call of any contract, to manage our premises to a high standard.

They act for a number of estates where I have property interests.

Not sure about the reviews so far, they seem too good to be true from my experiences of the team. No one is perfect as the comments suggest and we've had problems as you'd expect. I do hope we're not being scammed here as this will only devalue honest reviews, but it is all too easy to do. Why Guest your comment or hide behind Beetlejuice?

We have had nowprofessional help us for about a year now and they have been truly first class. They are very organised, knowledgeable and responsive. I am reluctant to recommend them because they are one of those well kept secrets that you want to keep to yourself. However, they also really deserve the positive feedback in an indsutry notoriously poor at customer service

Reading the previous comment I think you have not dealt with these people cos I am a tenant of a large site that NOW manage. They always return calls, return emails and are always helpful and friendly. Unlike other agents we have had before.

I don't know where these other people live but my experience is one of poor management just like the rest of them.

then again i'm not a director just one of the muppets that pays my excessive service charges.
