All they do is to get you sign the agreement, after that you are on your own, if if you ring them and tell them something needs to be repaired, you've just got to be patient because they don't care as much as you do. I am wondering if the landlord don't care about the property as well. Once you moved out from the property, it takes ages to get you deposit back. It took me almost half years and tons of phone calls to get it back. Stay away from this agent, both landlord and tenants.
