I Have Recently Let My Luxury Flat In Docklands Wi
I have recently let my luxury flat in Docklands with LPS Estates and i found there service to be excellent. I have used letting agents in the past and i have not be too pleased, however LPS Estates were very prompt in finding my a tenant, they paid my rent money on time and to top it off they are very pleasant people to deal with. In terms of value for money they let my property for 6% plus VAT on a let and go contractor and i was very satsified with this price as it was not exorbitant.
yes i have used LPS Estates services to help me get out some bad tenants from my property and not only did they get out the tenants they also helped to pay off my Mortgage arrears as the tenants were not paying me rent due consitently and this had a knock on effect in me tying to pay my Mortgage.
in the end they took over the management of my property and helped me to get my feet back on the ground as a Landlord giving me peace of mind with a complete Guaranteed rent package.
The stress and pressure which they have taken out of my life has been amazing as they are professionals who know how to take care of my property.
