Excellent property management company. I would recommend this agency to anyone whos looking to releive the stress of Letting a property.

The Service i have received has been second to none, the owner offers competitive rates and 100% commitment to looking after your investment.

They offer great customer service and sound feedback regarding viewings, rent, issues regarding the property. They will take photos, arrange adverts, help arrange repairs, refurbishment and cleaning at lower than standard cost.

I have used a few letting agents in the past but none as committed or helpfull. With LA lettings your proprty wont be on the market for months on end they will do everything to turn around properties as quickly as possible.

A highly recommended agency that are very capable.

If I had any more properties i would pass them all straight to LA lettings, not just because of there service but know im helping a local business and not a typical estate agent type catalogue.
