Looks like Carter Harris is no longer on Kingsley Road and there is an another Estate Agent there.... seems a bit dodgy ..

They were called Judge and co. These people are terrible. They promised to return my deposit, but after i vacated the house, inspite of 100s of calls they didnt return my deposit. They gave me a cheque which got bounced. Hard earned money are looted by beggars like them. 

Most importantly they DONT protect your deposit. Don't get DECEIVED.

Have been with this company for 4 years now. One of the best agents around. Never had any problems and my rent has always been on time. We was formally with Lambourne who actually messed us around from the get go, hence why we after some careful consideration went to this company. Plenty of haters out there But I can say for sure I've never had and complaints

I too am owed rent and deposit by this company. They do not respond to phone calls and it is very frustrating to deal with them. Would be interested to know how many other landlords and tenants have been affected, as they seem to have moved location in July 2013 with tenants rent and deposit. If you have please leave review at this site.

They never paid my rent despite the tenants paying them, I am owed close to £8000 in rent arrears from them. When I call the owner Preet, she refuses to answer the phone and has refused to answer to any correspondence. I have had to take the matter to Court as this has been ongoing since last year. I cannot warn people enough about how terrible they are, I have the worst possible experience with them. They have also refused to give my tenants their deposit back , therefore they have now taken the matter to court.

Spare yourself the heartache and do not risk doing any business with them.

This estate agent managed to find me tenants that were on the run from the police and drug dealing from my property. Clearly they do not checks. This i might be able to forgive. What I cant forgive is my tenants left after 5 months and the agents took a years worth of fees. They refused to refund me anything, cost me a huge amount in missed rent, damages as well as taking a whole years fee. I gave them 6 months of prompting to try and rectify this situation, i wrote to them, called them. I am now making it my mission to let everyone know what a shame they are

The worst estate agent I have ever used! Handed over 2000 pounds for a house which didn't materialise. Now having to seek legal advice. They are rude and unprofessional and after researching arent governed by a body!! This estate agent has not only caused me physical and emotional stress but took my savings and left me in debt! After repeated attempts to resolve the situation I was constantly ignored! Learn from my mistake and do not use judge property management 76 Kingsley road hounslow!!!

I would definately recommend this company to everyone, from the moment I started interaction with this estate agent I knew i was in very good hands. The team was very professional, under promised and over delivered. Fees were extreamly fair compared to other agents that just charge you an arm and a leg. You wont regret doing business with this company.
