We moved into one of jordans properties 5 weeks ago and in those 5 weeks we have had someone with a spare key come into are home and stole are pet dog, we got dog back later on next day a so called neighbour found it a hour after the dog and theft was reported stolen, jordans changed the locks, after this the neighbour and others in the street who like to drink all day and sit on sofas in the front seem to think its ok to shout abuse whilst im with my 7 year old daughter, to the things like I stole your dog and other disgusting things so I have turned a blind eye to this and I had only been in house 5 days, just because I had to live their ive said nothing, then a week later I have my van brake line cut, the week after next door partying for days and people mistakenly knocking at my house at 2, 3 a.m.'s in the morning drunk for next door, this week ive had my van mirror broken off the lad who lives over road had iis window screen broken , so the idiots over road who had my dog shout abuse so I say something back all hell breaks lose police turn up cant do much as usual so it goes all quiet for a while then 3 a.m. I get the local johnny concrete shouting is mouth off saying all lads comeing to kick my door in , break my knee caps, smash house up all that so I got my stuff out as not having my daughter living in fear she is 7 years old, the police wanted me to make statement but I said it will just mske things worse, the best thing was to remove myself from the situation, so I rang jordans to explain and to try and end my tenancy early as only been here 5 weeks all I got was attitude and your in a legal contract , not im sorry to hear and are you ok, so I done research on crime on or near my street www.police.co.uk and my street had 15 crimes in one year ranging from anti social behaviour mostly, criminal damage to buildings and vehicles, threats through fear or violence, so the branch manager said im bound to my contract and have to pay my rent nothing she can do but re list property at a cost of £480 and pay remainder of tenancy until new tentant moved in so this was meant to be delivered same day, 2 days later still no letter so I speak to her again and she starts shouting down phone in front of my mother ( I was not happy) so I put phone down on her, 2 minutes later Mary rang back apologising saying a member of staff was supposedly of posted letter as she lives close by, so i calmly said to her at the end of the day im a customer not a member of staff or someone of the street, I find this unexceptional and very unprofessional also the way we have been treated is disgusting, when you move into a new home it meant to be a happy fresh start, make your own mind but jordans are nice until you have signed tenancy then their not bothered speak rude and only want your money. I will take legal action as have no choice

A review of Jordons Property Management Company - Friendly lady surveyed property and said it would let quickly at (her) suggested rental price - still waiting 2mths later to let my house after moving South and dropping the rental price twice

Very poor unprofessional communications and 'management'

Uninterested in getting the property fixed after storm damage and asked if I could come round to sort it out myself (!!)....

Latest excuse - 'the computer's frozen can I call you back'

Would probably have been less hassle and certainly cheaper to deal with everything myself.
